| Pam Best wins "Group Female Vocalist of the 2006" Pam was unable to go to the 2006 SGMA Convention due to her father passing away the day before. But her husband and daughter went to have a wonderful time. While enjoying the great convention they were able to be present to receive Pam's award. God bless all who voted for her. She gives all the Glory to the Lord. The Best Family was also nominated for Group of the Year and their daughter Candace Tipton was nominated for Female Vocalist of the Year.
